When becoming a client of Beauty At Your Fingertips By Chloe you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.

Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

All bookings are made via telephone, email or social media…unless you have received confirmation, your booking is not confirmed. 

We will endeavour to respond to your e-mail, telephone & social media enquires within 24 hours wherever possible.

 

The Following Terms Apply To All Appointments Made.

 

Booking fees- Cancellations/Amendments by you

Beauty At Your Fingertips By Chloe will take a 25% non-refundable booking fee for all treatments at the time of booking. This must be received within 24 hours of booking, this is to secure your appointment which will not be confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Confirmations will be sent via email.

 If you cancel your treatment with more than 48 hours notice, you will be refunded the booking fee, however, if you cancel with 48 hours notice or less, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Amendments with more than 48 hours notice will mean the booking fee can be transferred to a treatment within 2 weeks of your original booking date. Less than 48 hours will mean loss of the booking fee.

Booking fees can be paid either by cash in the salon or via bank transfer.

Should you need to amend your booking this will also need to be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice. This includes making bookings bigger/smaller as time slots are allocated based on the treatments you are having.

If you fail to show for the appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.

If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

Cancellations/Amendments To Bookings Made Us.

Beauty At Your Fingertips By Chloe has never cancelled a booking, however in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control force me to cancel, I shall always offer you an alternative booking slot (based on availability) or an appointment on the same day with another therapist.

 If none of these are possible, your booking fee will be refunded.

 

Lateness/No Shows

If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule.

If you are more than 15 mins late we may not be able to carry out your service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, or do not show for your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.

We ask you notify us of any lateness as soon as possible to enable us to make necessary arrangements.

 

 

Raising Issues

You will be issued with aftercare advice at every treatment. I ask you keep hold of this & follow the recommended advice to get the most out of your treatment. If you have not followed the correct aftercare advice I will be unable to fix any issues.

Beauty At Your Fingertips By Chloe guarantees her work for 48 hours.

I will not accept liability to fix issues if my work has been touched by a third party.

In the unlikely event any issues with your treatment should occur, I ask you contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the issue. I will arrange a time for you to come in so that I am able to look at the issue.

I do not offer refunds, however, I am more than happy to fix the issue, if it has been raised within 48 hours. After 48rs, I am unable to fix the issue.

 If fixing the issue has been offered, you must come in for the treatment within 7 days or I will be unable to fix the problem.

 

Record Cards

You will be required to complete a record card at your first treatment and will need to update us of any changes & re-sign at every appointment.

 

Patch Testing

A patch test will be required with Beauty At Your Fingertips By Chloe a minimum of 24-48 hours prior to any lash or brow tinting, lash lift or extension treatment. If a patch test has not been completed & signed as completed, no treatment will go ahead.

 

Liabilities

In all circumstances, the limit of liability for both parties will be no greater than the total cost of the booking.

 

Under 18’s Policy

Every child under the age of 18 years who wishes to have either a beauty or makeup service must have a consent form completed by their legal guardian. If the child is under 16, their legal guardian must stay for the duration of the treatment.

Please note, no service will commence until the consent form has been signed, regardless as to whether payment has been made or not.

 

Your Contract With Me

By entering into an agreement with me for professional services, you hereby agree to abide by and be bound by these terms & conditions.

I reserve the right to alter these terms & conditions without prior notice; however, I will always honour terms and conditions agreed with you when your booking was made & make you aware of any changes to terms & conditions as soon as possible.
